King’s Daughters & Sons Circle #2 Text Notifications

By opting in to receive text messages from King’s Daughters & Sons Circle #2 (“KDS Circle #2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

Types of Messages

KDS Circle #2 uses text messaging to send organizational and transactional notifications to members. Messages may include:

• Quarterly meeting reminders

• Meeting time or location changes

• Event reminders

• Membership-related notices

• Other important organizational announcements

We will not use this text messaging program to send unrelated third-party advertising.

Consent to Receive Messages

You may opt in by completing our membership or text notification form and checking the optional SMS consent box. The consent box will not be checked automatically.

By opting in, you authorize KDS Circle #2 to send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of membership, participation, purchase, or receipt of services.

 

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. Members will generally receive messages quarterly, with additional messages when necessary for schedule changes, event reminders, or other organizational announcements.

 

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile service plan. KDS Circle #2 is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive additional text messages unless you opt in again.

Mobile Number and Delivery

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile telephone number and notifying us if your number changes. Text message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
